Founded in 2025, Transforming Lives Together was created out of a profound commitment to restore hope, dignity, and opportunity for individuals returning to society after incarceration. Monica Samuel is a passionate advocate, dedicated mentor, and the inspiring founder behind Transforming Lives Together. Motivated by her deep faith and unwavering commitment to second chances, Monica established the organization with a clear mission: to empower formerly incarcerated individuals with the tools, support, and encouragement needed to rebuild their lives and thrive.
Having seen firsthand the challenges faced by individuals reentering society—from employment barriers to emotional and social hurdles—Monica recognized that true reintegration requires more than just basic assistance. She envisioned a comprehensive, faith-rooted support system that would not only meet immediate needs but also nurture personal growth, confidence, and long-term success.
Her leadership is marked by compassion, vision, and a steadfast belief in the power of redemption and resilience. Through Transforming Lives Together, Monica has built more than a program—she has fostered a movement that restores dignity, strengthens communities, and creates lasting change.
